Trying to get my life on track...

For the last month my life has been in chaos. After Miami, I packed up and moved to the middle of nowhere otherwise known as Fredericksburg, Va. There is nothing to do here except shop and eat! I've been working 12hr days preparing for the students to return for the fall. It has been really hard to eat healthy when everyone around you is eating hearty southern cuisine. If I lost anything at the next weigh-in it is nothing short of a miracle...

Yannick, keep up the good work. You seem very determined and focused, stay that way. I can't to see what other recipes you come up with, they look GREAT! Being an on-campus undergrad student, eating healthy is not always an option and after classes and tons of papers, working out is the last thing on my mind. You have inspired me to want to change some of my habits. I wish you well. My boyfriend and I are rooting for you!
